Welcome to your Association Website!  Maple Grove HOA is located on the north side of Fruita along 17-1/2 Road, just north of Ottley (K Road) and is a 25 unit individually owned homes with common area grounds and common sprinkler system.  Monthly dues are $65.00 and this covers lawn care for the entire property, Irrigation shares, Insurance on Association Assets, Maintenance on sprinkler system, snow removal, and cost for Management.
